Lamda Group was formally established in 2005 by Shane
Peters, Justin Bester and Chris Elfick with the objective
of providing niche services in the Financial Services arena,
combined with venturing into private equity.

Holdings (Pty) Ltd is the holding company of the group and
is owned equally by
Shane Peters, Justin Bester and the C Elfick
Family Trust.
