Prime Collective Investment Schemes Management Company (Pty) Ltd owns the collective investment scheme (CIS)  registered with the Financial Services Board in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act No.45 of 2002.

Prime CIS has secured investments of approximately R1.6bn from various individuals, life companies and pension and provident funds. It also provides CIS institutional and white label solutions for various key clients. 

Prime Investment Management Services is the Manager of the Scheme with Global Independent Administrators being responsible for all administration services.

The audit is undertaken by KPMG. ABSA Bank is the trustee and custodian.
